It is recommended that you initially use the GUI to get a feeling for the processing sequence and then create your first config.

There can be many reasons. The most common reason is that qProtect is started with an incompatible version of Java. You should first check if you're starting qProtect with a x64 version of Java 8. A mirror of compatible JDK can be found here: https://jdk.mdma.dev If you still can't solve your issue, please contact an Administrator

From our testing it should work fine, if you still encounter any issues, we suggest you to contact staff. Please note that qProtect needs to be launched with Java 8. We provide the needed JDKs, but any 1.8 JDK may be used.

Yes, qProtect will work fine on any x64 based Windows, macOS and Linux installations.
